Cloak IR is an enterprise cybersecurity platform providing bot detection, ad fraud prevention, and traffic quality analysis services. Our Service uses machine learning algorithms to identify and filter malicious traffic, including bots, VPNs, proxies, and data center traffic.

Important - Legitimate Use Only

Our Service is designed for legitimate fraud prevention and cybersecurity purposes only. You agree NOT to use our Service to:

Violate the terms of service of third-party advertising platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads)
Deceive users or misrepresent content
Engage in illegal activities or promote harmful content
Circumvent security measures of legitimate websites or services
Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or spam

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at contact@reflectitservice.com for a full refund.

After the 14-day period, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive notice of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Use the Service to transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
Use the Service to collect or track the personal information of others without consent
Use the Service to circumvent the terms of service of any third-party platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reflect IT Service and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Reflect IT Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reflect IT Service, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States - New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
